For this story, I'm thinking about a long time ago when the local stockmen were working on the cattle stations. Old people would work hard all day. They would go out bush to muster and bring in the cattle, put them in the yard. After the cattle were branded we would catch them with a rope and ride the bulls or steers for fun. Taking it in turns, everyone would have a go. Now days there are bull riders who compete at the Rodeos. Every time rodeo time comes around they might nominate to ride that bull. They dress like a cowboy, might be an American style or Queensland or Kimberley cowboy, like this one here.
