This story is about mustering days, we used to go out mustering at Fossil Downs station at a place called Long Hole Range. We rode on the horses called the Fossil Greys, to round the cattle. Those horses were famous, they used them for important occasions like when Princess Margaret and Lord Snowden came to visit Fossil. The aboriginal men rode the horses.
As an artist, white horses and white trees is what i like to paint.
Fossil Downs is on the Margaret and Fitzroy Rivers. Muludja community is nearby, and is on Go Go station itself.
