Estelle has painted the rockhole at Paltatatjara where she was born and where the Minyma Tjuta (Seven Sisters) camped on their way through to Tjintirlkara. The sisters were being pursued by Nyiru, an old man who had become infatuated with Kampulkurtja, the oldest of the women when he heard the women singing songs that must not be shown to men. At Paltatatjara there are a number of small rock holes close together and abundant food and the women spent several days in this area trying to throw Nyiru off their trail.
