This story was given to Pauline by her father; Sunfly Tjampitjin. Sunfy was a renowned artist, senior law man and custodian. In the Tjukurrpa (dreamtime) as two Tjangala men travelled across the land to Law, they dug holes looking for water. The men camped in many places but they kept moving on because they got sick at each camp site. They were found by a woman and healed. Today these holes are soakages and water flows underground from one soakage to the next. This is Sunfly Tjampitjin's country and the Tjukurrpa Law and stories were told to him by his father.
