This is the Rain God Wandjina with the Wunggudd (watersnake) and the curly hair made of sticks and bones. The Uggula is being a bad influence and comes and eats other peoples food, like Goldilocks and the Three Bears. It is a powerful halo image. He is surrounded by the bush tucker that he created, the bush potato with the stem and the Uggula hands.
