About her gorgeous work, Rhonda has shared ’This is a pussy cat with a pink tail’ Rhonda works with Yarrenyty Arltere Artists (YAA) which is a Western Arrernte arts enterprise. It is part of the Yarrenyty Arltere Learning Centre; an intergenerational program that began in 2000 as a response to the chronic social distress faced by families. It has helped people to rebuild lives. The art centre has been at the heart of this healing. It is a not for profit, Indigenous owned and managed organisation. YAA is one of several Town Camp art programs: Tangentyere Artists is the Hub for Town Camp Arts.
