Veronica Daniels Kukatja/Warlpiri/Pintupi, Australian, b. 1961
Veronica Daniels was born in Yuendumu, and has spent time both there and in Balgo. Veronica is the daughter of reknowned Warlayirti Artists and senior Law woman Sarah (Manaya) Daniels. Veronica sometimes paints her mother's country called Mina Mina and her father's country around Yuendumu. Veronica paits tjurnu (waterholes) and the abundance of mangarri (bush tucker) including Kumpupatja (bush tomato), ngaarlukutu (bush coconut) and Tjirrilpatja (bush carrots). Veronica also includes the rainbow serpant in many of her paintings. Veronica has 3 children, 4 grandchildren and a growing number of great-granchildren.
