Rosie Lane Australian, Ngaanyatjarra, b. 1969

Rosie Lane is the daughter of Freda Lane, a prolific Western Desert artists who now lives at Wanarn aged care on the Neaanyatiarra Lands. Rosie often travels from community to community visiting family and likes to spend time in Leonora and Kalgoorlie. When she returns home to Blackstone she stays with her sister, Sarah Lane who is also a painter at Papulankutja Artists. Rosie loves to paint using vibrant colors and her artworks often depict the sand hills and formations of the Neaanvatiarra Lands.
