Lynette Bonney Australian, Alyawarr, b. 1985

Lynette Bonney’s practice is influenced by her mother, Jessie Beasley, who taught her knowledge about bush tuckers, traditional medicine and other cultural stories. She has an interest in depicting seasonal bush tuckers, the landscape and country surrounding Epenarra during the blooming season in Central Australia. When she is not painting, she often goes hunting and harvesting, spending time and visiting families.
