Amy Scotty Australian, Pitjanjatjarra, b. 1994

Amy Scotty is a dedicated emerging artist working daily at Tjala Arts. Amy grew up and went to school in Amata Community. Amy splits her time between her artistic practice and her duties as a highly skilled arts worker.

In her paintings, Amy depicts the Country around her home, Amata, rendering the water holes, rock formations, and significant landmarks of the landscape in detailed marks and characteristic colour. Amy follows in her grandfather's, Mr Ginger Wikilyiri, footsteps.
