Short St Gallery in association with Spinifex Arts Project and Tjanpi Desert Weavers presents this beautiful exhibition which incorporates recent paintings from Tjuntjuntjara community in Ngaanyatjarra country of W.A. and eclectic fibre works from women artists working across 25 communities in the Central Western Desert Regions, an initiative of the NPY(Ngaanyatjarra Pitjantjatjara Yankunytjatjara) Women's Council. Opens on Friday 31st July at 6pm.

Short St Gallery in association with Ninuku Arts is proud to present a selection of new works from Kalka community in S.A. Please join us for the opening on Friday 15th May 6-8pm to meet some of the artists and view these wonderful paintings by the likes of Harry Tjutjuna, Puntjina Monica Watson, Nyankula Watson Walyampari, Jummy Donegan and Yangi Yangi Fox.

Short St Gallery in association with Waringarri Arts presents recent works by Alan and Peggy Griffiths. Our first exhibition of the year showcases these beautifully rendered intricate paintings by an artistic husband and wife duo. Peggy's subtle tones hanging alongside Alan's bold graphic images of country and dance are a striking combination. All are welcome to attend the opening on Friday 20th March at 6pm.

Short St Gallery together with Ninuku Arts and Tjanpi Desert Weavers present a beautiful showcase of work from the Central and Western Deserts. Tjanpi Desert Weavers mix a long tradition of working with natural fibres and a cheeky sensiblity to create an spectacular array of contemporary baskets and animal figures for this show. Together with their neighbours, the Ninuku Artists, who more recently have appeared on the 7:30 Report ABC talking about their success this year and the drive they feel to create their beautiful works on canvas. Short St Gallery in association with Warmun Art present a survey show celebrating Warmun's 10 year anniversary.
